FloVara V2: Final Testing Underway

Over the past several months, we’ve rebuilt FloVara more times than we can count. Nearly every on-court test has been a different version. Updated hardware layouts. Refined internal architecture. Improved interface flow. Stronger enclosure design. Faster system logic.

Each iteration taught us something critical.

FloVara V2 represents everything we’ve learned through that process.

We are now entering final testing and transitioning from prototype development to a production-ready system built for real in-game use. Production preparation has officially begun, and validation is underway in competitive environments.

FloVara V2 is designed to operate under real pressure. It enables real-time play and performance tracking during games, instant timeout summaries for coaching decisions, live lineup and player efficiency insights, and AI-powered coaching feedback throughout gameplay. The in-game workflow has been refined for speed and reliability so coaches can focus on strategy rather than systems.

This is no longer a concept build. V2 was engineered for durability, clarity, and responsiveness during live competition.

As final testing concludes, FloVara V2 will be released to a limited number of programs as part of our first controlled public deployment. This initial rollout will include structured onboarding and close collaboration with coaching staff to ensure performance at scale. Availability will be limited as we prioritize implementation quality over rapid expansion.

Final validation will lead into an initial production run, followed by limited team deployment and broader expansion ahead of the fall season.
