From Prototype to Sideline Tool

Live testing, hardware iteration, and more.

From Development to Live Games

Over the past few weeks, FloVara has been used live in real high school games across South Florida as an active sideline tool.

Coaches are using FloVara during games and at halftime to review real-time team and player stats, shot distribution and hot zones, and play outcomes. In one recent game, the coaching staff turned to FloVara at halftime after finding its data easier to interpret during live play.

What’s New

  • Controller UI nearing v1 completion with stable stat tracking, play tracking, hot zones, and feedback

The Flores Technologies Team

Who we are

At Flores Technologies, we’re building practical, intelligent tools to elevate the way sports are coached — starting with basketball.

We created FloVara to solve a clear problem: coaches needed a faster, smarter way to track stats and make decisions in real time. No clipboards. No clutter. Just a touchscreen controller that delivers instant insights powered by our AI assistant, FarshAi.

With FloVara, coaches can track key stats, get live strategy suggestions, and adjust on the fly — all from the sideline. It’s built for speed, clarity, and simplicity.

But this isn’t just for coaches. Parents, trainers, and players can use FloVara to follow games more meaningfully and better understand performance as it happens.
