Inside the FloVara Build

We’re thrilled to announce a significant step forward in FloVara’s journey.

Over the past few weeks, we’ve made strong progress finalizing the controller. With our latest hardware selection, the new design is now roughly half the size of our original version. This shift allows the controller to be more compact, more portable, and better suited for real sideline use without sacrificing performance.

The updated hardware layout improves efficiency while giving us more flexibility in the final enclosure and internal design. This puts us one step closer to delivering a controller that feels purpose-built for coaches and teams, not adapted from consumer devices.

As we continue locking in components and refining the final design, we’re getting closer to our first public version. More updates coming soon.
